As i am not working for the service itself ( I am part of the Google Data API team, not of the Google Apps team), i can only forward this to the right set of eyes. For you, i would recommend to go here:
http://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/list
and file this as a feature request, so that you have a way of tracking this.

Hi Frank,
I have a suggestion and I'm posting it everywhere to get it in front of the correct set of eyes. I run a multi-user account for my company and I need a way to manage sub-accounts through the API. I manage a large number of subaccounts at any given time and there really isn't a good way to add many at a time. The two methods your customer service dept has given me are:
1. Manually input each subaccount (which could be up to 200 at a time). 2. Send them a csv of the subaccounts I need added. This would work fine except that it seems whenever I send it from a non-personal account, I get the email bounceback saying I need to send it through a web form. So that leaves me with sending it myself every time and then waiting for the confirmation.
Lastly, there really seems to be no way of removing a subaccount should I need to. If those things could be added to the data API, it would help me immensely and I'm sure it would help others as well.
Thanks Robert
