Good thing it was only a friendly bet. Maildir and they are routinely cleaned out. I just checked the user's maildir and it has no mail remaining.

Both accounts? It was being delivered to both vorlon1 and root on one and vorlon1 and postmaster (likely root) on the others.

What does root's mail spool look like?
