For the last two months since obtaining a new laptop I have been unable to install any plug-ins. I need to further enhance a plugin that I wrote, but am unable to because of this problem. I have read several other threads where people have had this issue but have not been able to find a resolution. The last thing I tried was to enable Windows Script Host in my registry. This did not help.

I don't know how to gather any debug information on my problem in order to troubleshoot it. The only error I get is the generic message below...

"The following plug-in(s) could not be loaded. Hello world."
