We have some problems in using MySQL. Details are as below.

1. On a Windows 98 SE machine, the WinMySQLAdmin will not start once we update
the root password or add new users to 'MySQL' database.

2. What are the reasons that prevent WinMySQLAdmin from starting properly, even
in Windows XP?

3. We installed MySQL Version 4.0.18 recently, and encountered the CAN'T CREATE
TABLE error when we ran the create database and table scripts. We have no
problems before when using Version 4.0.17.
