Hi, folks -

If you've installed MySQL 4.0.12 on Win XP Pro, can you please tell me whether
the %SystemRoot% is C:\WINDOWS\ or C:\WINNT\, please, and check to see that the
my.ini file is in that directory, please?

On my WIN2KPro system, the my.ini file now goes into the %SystemRoot% instead of
in the the MySQL installation directory.

And, unfortunately, all the systems I have are Win2KPro, so I have no way to
check to see that the instructions I'm writing for my students to look at the
my.ini file are correct or not for those in my class who have Win XP Pro.
