Mozilla instructions:
1. Open Mozilla Mail, and highlight the account name in the left panel.
2. Select "View settings for this account".
3. Select "Server Settings" from the pop-up dialog.
4. Select the "Advanced..." button.
5. For "IMAP server directory:", type "INBOX/"
6. UNCHECK "Show only subscribe folders".
7. Say "OK"
8. Shut down & restart Mozilla. Shut it down completely. Not just
the mail program, but all open browser windows as well. Really.
Don't try to do anything else before restarting, you'll just get
frustrated.

None of this makes any difference.
None of the subfolders beneath "Inbox" are visible, except for the
"Trash" folder.
Anyone got any other ideas? Surely *someone* is using Mozilla out there
against courier-imap?
