But I cann't change its type and priority,is that changed by administor? So now its type is "defect" and low priority, will API developer notice it?

Hi Aaron,

Sorry- neither of those operations is possible. The sizes as displayed on the Picasaweb site and the sharing settings are not controllable by the API. If you're still interested in this functionality, please file feature requests at: http://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/list
