Hi All,

I am new to this list. I am having a strange problem regarding quota support in maildrop. I was unable to get any help from the archives.

My setup: postfix + courier-imap + maildrop(1.3.9) + LDAP

I have implemented maildir quota using LDAP as backend. I was trying to set unlimited (no quota restrictions) for some users.

As per the documentation when I set the 'MailQuota' attribute as blank for a user, this user should not have any quota restriction. But maildrop does not deliver the mails to this user giving quota warning.

I also tried setting a very large value for the 'MailQuota' attribute for this user like "777777777 777S". This works fine but if I change the value back to something like 3000MB or 3500MB maildrop does not deliver the mails to the user.

As explained my requirement is to be able to set quota for some users and no-quota for some.

Any help on this will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Vishwanath
