How do I enable a talk daemon so that talk and ytalk work?

1. Check /etc/inetd.conf for the line with talkd and uncomment if necessary 2. Restart inetd with a "kill -HUP `cat /var/run/inetd.pid`" 3. Read man pages on talk(1) and talkd(8) All should then be fine with the world ... =;-)
