And it is enqueued in the postfix queue instead of send it to the sender...

Is ro@domain.uc3m.es what is supposed to be in $FROM?

Do you have "soft_bounce=yes" in your Postfix configuration per chance? (Check with postconf -n).

Non-existant domain bounces should trigger codes like 550, not 450. Otherwise, try some subdomain that you know does not exist ("dig that.domain.example.com" must show something with NXDOMAIN).
