some comments:

1. I don't think you should be using the Mercurial icon. 2. I would really like to be able to select+copy diff sections and have them show up useful where pasted. Currently they look like this after pasting: hgwebdir.config <http://hg.python-works.com/hg_app/files/3142616771cd/hgwebdir.config>

or something like that so that you can easily copy and paste right from that screen into an email and discuss a change.

3. The repo switch button dropdown is offset (Firefox 3.6.3); adding a width to the select fixes it. 4. Home and the repository name are links but nothing (at least after they have been visited) indicates that you can click on them until your cursor changes to a hand while hovering on them. 5. The Change Log UI needs some work. Particularly with the pager and the mini-form at the top. It should also indicate something about not having any revisions if there aren't any (same with the short log, branches and tags screens if they are empty). 6. The UI on the files screen should indicate some knowledge of the revision you are at, more than the revision number. Perhaps include the same header from the changeset screen (and see note #7). 7. The header used on the changeset screen (and several other places it appears), should list children as well as parents for a revision. It should also have a link for each revision to the file browser (not just to the diff; perhaps "{node|short} | files" instead of just the node)
