Hey guys!
I'm testing out the Eventum bug/support tracking system and it's great
so far. I just wanted to suggest a small detail about creating new
issues.
Currently when you want to create a new issue, you are required to
assign the issue to someone. If you do not know who to assign it to,
you guys recommend assigning it to the project lead. This is not good
in my opinion as the project lead does not have to manage support call
assignments. You should be able to create a new issue without
assigning it to someone and let the members of the group assign it to
themselves. More specifically, there needs to be a "none" option in
the assignment dropdown box.
