Thanks for the emails, Try the following steps please: To remove your temp files for the installer and see if maybe that had gotten corrupt. To do that:

1) Open My Computer and go to the C:\ drive. 2) Go to the Tools Menu > Folder Options > View 3) Make sure that "Show Hidden Files and Folders" is selected, then click OK. 4) On the C: drive, go to Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information 5) Rename this folder to "InstallShield Installation InformationOLD"

Then attempt the install again. Any luck? Thanks Bil
