Sorry for any delay. I did not realize that you were still waiting for me to respond. I did confirm space with the hotel at the event for your BCM TC meeting on Wednesday. They are very tight on space – so they are unable to give me room names at this time. I am working that out. About 2 weeks ago I sent you a request for meeting space at XML22004 for the BCM TC (for Wed 11/17 am, 9-Noon). When do you anticipate confirming the meeting rooms?

On behalf of another TC, the ebXML-bp, we would like to know 1) when do you need to have requests in to you for meeting space, and 2) is teleconferencing available in the meeting rooms and what is the cost?
