I tried your queries but it seems like there are results which point
to target.com in all of the URLs that you posted. Are you seeing this
too?

What is weird is that if I limit by just customer ID and don't supply
a product name I get results back for

If I then take one of the product names found in the above search and
limit it by the customer ID for Target I get nothing.
I don't believe this happened in the past. I wonder if sporadic
results are returned while someone is loading data maybe?
