How do you expect a mail server to telepathically know that an arbitrary recipient address should post to an arbitrary newsgroup.

Now, you can certainly set up a script that runs off a particular recipient address, which prepends a Newsgroups: header and runs nntppost, or something similar, to post the message to a newsgroup.
