You might try changing the "ComSpec" environment variable. The default appears to be C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe on Windows XP. What happens if you change it to "C:\cygwin\bin\bash.exe --login -I"?

Has anyone figured a way to get the right-click menu in p4win to launch a different shell other than the windows prompt?

Specifically, I want to launch a cygwin bash shell instead.
