Gurgen,

we have a Russian translation of the Reference Manual online, but it's quite outdated: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/ru/. And it doesn't contain the Cluster chapter.

The Reference Manual has been translated into Russian from scrap recently and should be available in printed form by now. (I haven't seen that book myself yet.) I should contain the Cluster chapter, but if it does, that's outdated information (because Jon reworked that chapter significantly in the last couple of weeks).

I cannot tell when (or even if) our Russian publishers are planning for a new round of translations, but I don't think this will happen very soon. Sorry!
