Subject:[courier-users] Shell loginActions...

I need a linux/BSD console IMAP client that would work for ssh-remote loggins to check mail. The wrinkle here is that i run shell-less vpopmail maildir accounts. Therefor i figured I would use like a "checkmail" account and have people manually put in login/passwd everytime, and disable local caching. Anyone have anywhere to point me?

I sort of have a hunch that pine or mutt would work (I know pine needs to be patched), But I'm not sure how to implement it niceley. I am just missing an obvious answer?

Thanks,

Jacob
