I would add also -block=dynablock.njabl.org,BLOCK/127.0.0.3 and -block=dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net,BLOCK/127.0.0.10 though combined effectiveness of these entries is approx. 1/3 of spamhaus.org in my case.
