Hi,

I've investigated further what's going on here. It would seem that some functionality has changed within the last year or so. Specifically, courier/cmlm.C:goodconfirm() is being used (or it's become more rigorous) and this requires an *explicit* yes to be sent in the subject for a moderated confirm, whereas in the past a reply was sufficient.

I have noted that the /usr/lib/courier/share/couriermlm/modtext.tmpl etc do not reflect this functional change.

Nor of course, do all of my existing mailing list templates :(
