hi! Can anybody help me out with the following error which i got after running a java program which uses jdbc to connect to mysql

Trying To connect... SQLException: E2015 Error from setCatalog() for mysql 1044 Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database 'mysql'

I am able to connect to mysql from the prompt,i dont have to enter any user name and passwd for it. I am sending the program attached to this mail. thanks in advance jaya
