Dan,
Is this in the lab?
If so, I'd suggest going with 12.0(27)S4 on CCO. I've tested that a few times and have had good luck with it.
Make sure you have:
SLCR enabled dCEF enabled and running to all cards (sh cef linecard)
How are you forcing the switch?
Do it via:
Router#redundancy ? Redundancy exec commands: force-switchover Force a switchover to the standby route processor reload Redundancy Facility (RF) reload switch-activity Redundancy Facility (RF): Switch activity to standby unit
redundancy force-switchover
If it's no working get the console logs from both the active RSP and backup RSP when you do the switchover.
Oh, and make sure both RSP's are of the same type and have the exact same amount of memory in them.
Let me know how it goes.
Rodney

Hello, I am trying to get rpr+ running on a few of my 7513's and am not having any luck. I have tried about 10 different versions of code that support this feature without any luck. The issue I am seeing is show redundancy comes up perfectly, but when I force a switch my VIP modules go down and do not come back up until I switch back to the other RSP and reload the box. I have also tried SSO with the same results. I am sure I am doing something wrong. Any ideas?
System config: Cisco 7513, VIP 4-50's, RSP4+ with 256 MB Ram. IOS: Version 12.2(18)S7
Thanks. //db
