This was very surprising and unfortunate. We're going to up our spam strategy settings, though it might not prevent something similar since this looks like a targeted attack. The external links are just under the threshold, etc. The real annoying part is the changing of properties on tickets. I know you probably want to have anonymous tickets or ticket appending, but it's probably not a good idea to have anonymous ticket property changes, which we had on by default for public projects. It may be a good idea to remove that permission.

Let me know if there's anything we can do. We can enable a plugin that will allow you to delete comments on tickets for example.
