Hi Jason,
try to start the process again, reboot PC. It needs to free up some memory and
it will continue. As well do not do other activity during compilation. If you
are patient it will work.
It was reported on my computer without any HW (RAM or CPU) problems.

If the compiler always crashes at this precise point, then this is a bug in gcc.
Follow the instructions given above to report it.
If the compiler crashes at different times, randomly, then you have bad RAM or
CPU.
