Hi there
I recorded a user's email address incorrectly and when creating an issue
an email was sent to that non-existent account.
Our email server responded to the Eventum account with a message that
the address did not exist, at which point, Eventum thanked the email
server for its email and sent an update to the user's invalid email
address, and the cycle repeated itself. 1500 times before I noticed.
Now I have all these issues that I'd like to close (cancel).
Can anyone suggest a good way to do this?
