Hi list,

i just try to set up OTRS (Open Ticket Request System (otrs.org). I have a mailsystem with postfix and use maildrop for local transport.

To get the mail to the otrs it is needed to pipe it to PostMaster.pl tool. So i made the following .mailfilter

== to "| /path/to/tool/PostMaster.pl" == which didn't worked. I also tried == if ( /To.*/ ) { to "| /path/to/tool/PostMaster.pl" } == with the same effect. I get mail status sent in /var/log/maillog but there is no new mail in my Maildir (I use Courier IMAP/POP), which should be normal in this case, but there is also no mail in OTRS.

If i make an empty file delivery to Maildir works fine. But that is not what i
want.

I tried to pipe a file from the Maildir directory "cat file | PostMaster.pl what worked just fine, so it shouldn't be the programs fault.

I have no clue what's wrong. Please help.
