Here's 3 sawhorses. The second one has twisted legs, demonstrating your perceived problem.

There's no SketchUp bug, which has been my only premise. I do not deny that you were not seeing a 'twist,' only that the reason for the twist is not in agreement with your 'bug' postulation.
You can produce the cuts on your table saw. I can produce the 'cuts' in SketchUp (and on a table saw, btw.)
I suspect you, too, can produce the proper SketchUp results, but only after you let go of your 'bug' premise. It's getting in the way.
