Hi Brian,

Actually initially wanted to write an ActiveX control, but there was no easy
way of supporting Recordset, Record, Field objects through ActiveX [creating
objects is not the problem, ablility to pass interface pointers to the client is
needed, which activeX doesn't provide]. Using COM, though a little more
difficult, I can just implement a few more interfaces and get most of the
objects that I need. Some of the developers at my company wanted to be able to
bind their edit boxes and grids etc to the datasource, which I thought would be
easier to implement later down the line, withouth having them change their code
too much. Anyway, thanks for your response.
