Hi Adam The access denied error typically happens when the user is not signed in, and the data source url requires authentication. The simplest solution is to try to access the spreadsheet from IE, and see if you get a prompt to sign in. As for the generic 'Google error', I don't understand this, there is no such message I am aware of. Can you please send a screenshot of the error, and a link to a published spreadsheet I can look at this (to vizguy-at-google.com)

I recently released a gadget that uses the visualization API. I have encountered a couple errors that I couldn't find solutions to here. The
gadget:http://fusion.google.com/add?moduleurl=http://birthday-gadget.googlec... The source:http://birthday-gadget.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/birthday-gadget.xml

The errors are: 1) For some users (currently 4 have emailed me), the gadget displays data fine in Firefox but generates an "Access Denied" error in IE. 2) For one user, reports no display, the gadget only displays "Google error" (not a customized error I created).

I have not been able to replicate either of these problems.

Does anyone have any help/suggestions?

Thanks,
