8 and 2 just happen to share the keys with up arrow and down arrow.
My interesting experience is that I get ~ when I use del and a
few other keys. Even so, I am glad to know about this.
Yes, this is one problem solved :-) The next one is how do I get national
character right. I start the server with
mysqld --language=swedish --default-character-set=dos
The errormsg is in Swedish. But our 3 national chars is wrong. So the next
goal is to fix this.
