Hi, basically don't use the dashboard for checking how many items you have
uploaded as it has a limit and can't show much more than you are seeing, so
it may be due to that.

database I'm sending a request to google base. I'm inserting and
updating my items through a scheduler thrice a week in a gap of 2 days
so that there 'll be a gap of 48 hours to make my items searchable.
After each insertion I'm saving the corresponding item id in my data
base, and updating the item with same item id. I have posted around
8000 odd items but there is only 500 odd items in the dashboard as
well as search results. I am testing for last 1 month to get all my
items at google base with no success. Can anybody help me in resolving
this issue. I want all my items to be available at google base.
