Hello list,

Background: I run a public server with Postfix + MySql + Courier + SpamAssasin, mail is delivery is using postfix virtual getting home dir and email address from mysql. Currently spam is deleted and I would like to delivery to the users in a folder like .junkmail. Just read a few how to and maildrop do the trick, how ever I dint find no examples of how to do it using postfix + mysql.

So it leaves me with the question: How maildrop handles home dir if it comes from mysql database?

No problem at all. you need to ensure that maildrop is compiled with mysql support, and then simply fill in the mysql details in maildropmysql.conf.

Hope this helps.
