I'm afraid the Google Base API may not be of much help if I understand your needs correctly. It sounds like you may be interested in Google Code Search: http://www.google.com/codesearch , or perhaps you're interested in using the Google AJAX Search API which allows you to search google.com programatically ( http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/ ).
