I "attended" Monday's webinar (uh, by sitting in my chair at work).
It seems that Google is aware of the potential to integrate real-time
information into Google Transit, but they're looking to build up the
base of participating transit agencies before rolling out new,
advanced features like that.
I'm looking forward to the day it becomes possible!

I think Google should integrate the Ridefinder feature with this - it
would be great to know where buses and other public transit are in
addition to just planning a route. I know they are supposed to follow
a schedule, but sometimes having up-to-the-minute data could save you
ten minutes or more waiting in the rain!
