Thats what the log file says, what does it mean?

Wilson,
Check the mySql error log. It will be in mySql/data (if you installed to c:, it will be in c:/mySql/data. It has an extension of err. It is a plain text file.
Look at the end of the file for a description of the error preventing mySql from loading.
