i'm using courier-mta + sqwebmail, and when i try to change passwor from sqwebmail (preferences change password), i have thi eror

ERROR: Unable to change password. Possible reasons why you cannot change the password are:

You did not enter the old password correctly You did not enter the new password twice correctly Your new password is too short, or is based on a dictionary word, and short/dictionary-based passwords are not allowed Your new password contains forbidden characters

what i have to do in order to enable that my users change their password?,

if not possible using local acounts (systema counts), how can i disable the change password feature.

we are using local acounts. and my OS is debian etch.
