Brian,
Thanks for the feedback. This forum is for the Calendar GData API, not for
the calendar service itself or it's web interface. I've passed along your
suggestion to the calendar team, but in the future, you might do better by
posting general question to the Calendar Help forum.

Two groups, each with their own calendar may have an event that is
common to both groups. It would be nice if in the combined web view of
the events if an event is identical for both groups, it is only
displayed once on the calendar.
For example. We created two calendar's, one "Smith Birthdays" with my
wife's family's birthdays and another "Jones Birthdays" with my
family's birthdays. We have shared the two calendars with our
respective families, but when we enter our own birthdates in both
calendars, they show up in the combined view twice. It would be nice
if we could somehow "link" these two events so that they are recognized
as the same event, and in the combined calendar are only listed once.
