Hi,
How does the JSON license (http://www.json.org/license.html) fit within the third partly license policy?
It seems like a clear category A license except for the "The Software shall be used for Good, not Evil" (!) condition. I'm not sure what to make of that, strictly speaking that's a FOU restriction that's in conflict with the OSI definition of open source.
