The <db:component> element specifies a database component which can be either a
form or a report.

A database component is either referenced using the xlink:href attribute or it
is contained in a child <office:document> or <math:math> element. ----e

It is not clear how MathML can function as a "form or report".

Please provide a fuller explanation and example.
