I don't understand what is happening with the TopMargin and HeaderMargin of the Docbook stylesheets.

Some days ago i posted a problem then the TopMargin as well... to both this list and docb@lists.oasis-open.org. I have no margin at all in my PDF output... i.e. a margin of 0 pt.
