Yes, well that's a silly constraint though since, AFAIK, there is no way to disable the column view. Thus my use of "pseudo spatial"

I was merely representing the original argument that "a user can re-create the Spatial Finder in OS X by his careful choice of actions." My post gave examples of why this is not entirely possible in OS X even if the user does everything he can. Making the user purposely do something that is sure to result in a non-spatial Finder doesn't really make much sense in the context of the argument :)
