Jamie, I believe that you serve as the TC Administrator for the ebSOA TC. If this is not correct, please forward this notice to the proper person, and copy me.

There was a motion made on March 10 to clarify the charter of the TC. I am now aware that this should have been sent to you as a notification, after which you would setup and administer the ballot for a Special Majority Vote on the matter.

Please consider this as official notification, and advise the group regarding the procedure for resuming the vote. We have a total of 3 votes on the matter.

Please accept my apologies for improper procedure on this matter.
