For 4 or so years I have had an empty change list that has never let me delete it.

It's kind of workplace pet now :-)

I have a file added as part of in changelist 1 that has not been submitted. This file was renamed and submitted as part of changelist 2. So I still have changelist 1 referencing the file that no longer exists.

I could create a dummy file and then submit changelist 1, then delete the file in a subsequent change.

Is there a simpler way to get rid of the reference in changelist 1?
