Minutes: Present: Bryan, Peter Reynolds, Andrzej, Rodolfo, Doug

Rodolfo proposed to approve the minutes for previous meeting. Bryan seconded and none objected.

The following items were discussed: The ballot to update the charter passed and Mary McRae updated it accordingly. Andrzej added initial content to the wiki and requested everybody to review and comment. Bryan and Doug provided initial feedback on the wiki content. Andrzej will add more sections and send email when they are ready. Rodolfo asked to make xml:tm optional and Peter Reynolds adding TBX as optional standard. Rodolfo suggested to focus work at establishing a workflow, suggesting the standards to use in each step. Bryan suggested preparing best practice guides for each steps on the workflow. Having a defined workflow will facilitate the creation of specific toolkits for each stage. The wiki has a limitation for storing images, so they need to be stored somewhere else and linked in.
