I have given you the examples for the wrong message J

ReceiptAdviceTypeCode

Preliminary:

A ReceiptAdvice for an arrival that has not passed the goods inspection process.

Actual:

A ReceiptAdvice for an arrival that has passed goods inspection and is accepted (or not)

Return:

A ReceiptAdvice for receipt of goods that are returned back from the buyer. (customer returns)

Sorry for the possible confusion this might have caused.

The type of DespatchAdviceTypeCode examples are:

Preliminary : A DespatchAdvice with the details that are scheduled to be send out

Can be used by the receiving party to already plan the arrivals before they are actually send out. (for example plan inspectors, people to unload, equipment needed etc etc)

Actual: A DespatchAdvice with all the actual details of the goods that were send out.

The goods have been Dispatched and are on route to the receiving party.

Is this enough?

The 29. December 2011 you posted the following to the UBL-List

"LS,

While going over the DispatchAdvice and ReceiptAdvice I noticed that there is no ReceiptAdviceTypeCode in the ReceiptAdvice.

I would suggest adding this to the ReceiptAdvice document just as this is available in the DispatchAdvice document as a DespatchAdviceTypeCode."

In order to do this the Procurement Subcommittee need examples of type code values for this. Can you provide us with a codelist?
