I have tried this before and find it quite useful at times (due to issues with loading as a script), but I noticed that when I load it as an iframe instead of a script it does not include the add to Google button (or powered by). I would think if they provide this handy tool/format is should be OK to use, but I seen in another post about removing the Google brand is violating the TOS (I am not doing it intentionally or trying to deprive Google from some Kudos). I also noticed in a recent update to the Gadget Documentation, I seen them using it the same way, as an iframe instead of a script.

Can someone please let me know what's the "Official" take and terms on this.
