Thanks for answering. I've tried to open the browser and enter the link "http://www.google.com/reader/view/". But still doesn't work. I tried this with no network (disable all network interface). Also, I've noticed that even with network interface enabled, I can't login to the offlined google reader. It only shows "Loading...." and nothing appears. The only way I can see the offline content is to leave browser open and keep the web page. Do I miss anything? My operating system is windows XP-SP2, and using IE7 as testing browser.

Try navigating tohttp://www.google.com/reader/view/when you have no network connection. That should take you to Google Reader offline. You shouldn't have to keep your browser open, either.
