Ok, this is the last question regarding GLOBs, I promise. Now that I can get all the source files in a directory without having to list them (thanks guys!), I need to do some post processing.

For instance, I want to grab all the files and then remove two or three from the list (or even better, have them excluded by the GLOB). How can I go about doing that?
