It was a nice, dressy, customer friendly issue tracker that I'd like to find a way to replicate for my growing business. Shame that it's fallen into disuse.

Anybody have any recommendations for something similar? (maybe Mr. Ev has a free weekend coming up this holiday season - ha!)
